  • I Orange peeled
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup Unsweatened milk
  • Honey to taste

Instructions
 

  •  Add all of your ingredients to your blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy.

Notes

Rich in Vitamin C. You can add a scoop of whey protein to get some protein too
