- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Greens baby spinach, destemmed kale, collards, chard, etc.
- 1 Cup Unsweetened milk nut, soy, animal
- Honey maple syrup or stevia to taste
Instructions
- Add all of your ingredients to your blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy.
