Equipment

  • 1 Knife to chop vegetables
  • 1 Chopping Board
  • 2 Bowls to mix all mixture and other is for chutney
  • 1 Pan to prepare chutney1 plate and a bowl to serve appam with chuttney

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup Roasted oats powdered
  • 2 Cup Dahi or curd
  • 2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp  Olive oil
  • Finely chopped onion tomato, capsicum, carrot, and coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Mix the powdered oats and curd together in a bowl, and keep it aside for 20-25 minutes
  • After 20-25 minutes, add water to make a batter with thick yet runny consistency.
  • Add all the chopped vegetables, salt to taste, and mix everything properly
  • Heat the appam maker, and grease the panNow, pour the batter carefully in the appam maker and cover it with a lid.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • Flip the appam, and cook on the other side as well
  • Serve hot with coconut or green chutney

Notes

No extra calories, you can enjoy it in main course withour skip food
