Appam
Easy to cook, no extra fat ,calories riched with vitamins and minerals ,and helps in digestion..
Equipment
- 1 Knife to chop vegetables
- 1 Chopping Board
- 2 Bowls to mix all mixture and other is for chutney
- 1 Pan to prepare chutney1 plate and a bowl to serve appam with chuttney
Ingredients
- 2 Cup Roasted oats powdered
- 2 Cup Dahi or curd
- 2 Cup Water
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Olive oil
- Finely chopped onion tomato, capsicum, carrot, and coriander leaves
Instructions
- Mix the powdered oats and curd together in a bowl, and keep it aside for 20-25 minutes
- After 20-25 minutes, add water to make a batter with thick yet runny consistency.
- Add all the chopped vegetables, salt to taste, and mix everything properly
- Heat the appam maker, and grease the panNow, pour the batter carefully in the appam maker and cover it with a lid.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Flip the appam, and cook on the other side as well
- Serve hot with coconut or green chutney
